1- Don’t Give Up After First Try
Nobody learns anything in first try. Especially water sports activities require regular practices. Please do not give up right after the first try, after a while with many practices you will see the improvement and how you are doing tricks easily.
2- Watch Related Videos Before Try
Yes, it is so easy but helps a lot! We highly recommend watching some related videos before your first try on the board. At least you will have some idea to what to do and even learn tricks before we teach. Like this, you will spend less time with learning on the board and you can enjoy more time with your activity.
3- Don’t Forget to Warm Up
It is a valid recommend for all sports but so many people skip this part. Make sure you warm up enough to do any water sports. During water sports many muscles in our body works and if you are not warm enough it will sore during the activity and even more after it. Warming up before the activity will protect you unwanted injuries and you can practice more and improve yourself faster.
4- Watch Your Own Videos
We take videos and photos during our classes to show your mistakes and specifically which points you must fix. Like this you will see and learn your mistake faster and will do the correct form of the activity. With these videos, you can see your improvement on the board and compare it.
5- Use Correct Piece of Equipment
Quality of piece of equipment, the boat and life jacket are so important on these activities. Make sure you use the correct size of the board and the type of the board. These things the main objects that effect your performance.
